Services

You already know how you want your home or business to feel. These are the ways I help you get there, from a single afternoon spent seeing your walls differently to full stewardship of a collection that keeps growing.

01 Art and Space Consultation

A ninety-minute walkthrough of your home, done together, followed by a Spatial Identity Map: your wall priorities, how light moves through the space, and three to five artists whose work belongs there.

What you get:

  • A ninety-minute in-person or virtual walkthrough

  • A custom Spatial Identity Map, including a shortlist of 3 to 5 artists

  • Notes on scale, lighting, and placement

Covers one property. If you move forward into core spaces curation or the full estate blueprint within 30 days, this fee applies in full toward that project.

Best for: homeowners who want clarity on a space, or a sense of whether we’re the right fit, before going further.

02 Core Spaces Curation

Curation for the rooms where you actually live, host, and gather. I handle the studio visits, the gallery relationships, and the delivery logistics, start to finish.

What you get:

  • A sourcing plan for three primary rooms: living, dining, and entry

  • Access to galleries and private studio visits across primary and secondary markets

  • Full logistics: framing, delivery, insurance, and installation

Covers a six-month window. Additional rooms beyond the three can be added as needed. Any gallery discount I negotiate passes directly to you, calculated on the net price, never the sticker price.

Best for: clients ready to bring intentional work into the rooms where their life actually happens.

03 Full Estate Blueprint

Full property curation from the ground up, working alongside your architect, designer, or builder from the earliest planning stages through final installation.

What you get:

  • A whole property art plan built around your architectural drawings

  • Sourcing for large-scale and site-specific commissions

  • Direct collaboration with your design team on lighting and display

Covers the entire estate, five to twelve major placements, over a twelve-month window from signing.

Best for: new builds, major renovations, or a multi-property collection being planned from scratch.

04 Legacy Stewardship

Ongoing care for a collection that keeps growing: cataloging, conservation, and acquisition support as your holdings expand.

What you get:

  • A digital archive with provenance, appraisals, and insurance documentation

  • Conservation oversight, reframing, and rotational hanging

  • Ongoing acquisition support as opportunities arise, with dedicated monthly hours for registrar tracking

Best for: established collectors whose collection needs the same care it took to build.

05 Art Programs

For institutions, universities, and businesses building ongoing curatorial programming into a space

Working with organizations, developers, and institutions to build and rotate art programs for shared and public-facing spaces, campuses, offices, and residential developments.

What this includes:

  • Research and proposal development for exhibitions, public programs, acquisitions, rotating installations, or artist residency programs

  • Ongoing curatorial rotation for offices, lobbies, or shared spaces

  • Direct collaboration with architects, designers, and facilities teams on planning and installation

  • Institutional partnership structuring, event or donor-facing programming, and budget development

By inquiry, project scope and term vary.
